PHC(N) ADRI Kalahandi

This year we organised KAYAKALPA programme under PHC (N) ADRI, Th. Rampur, Kalahandi. This programme organised very well for getting award for the PHC (N), Adri. We have done some activities in the PHC (N), Adri like; IEC activities for awareness, colouring everywhere for eye catching, hospital cleanness for good health, highlighted every service delivery & demonstrated each instrument perfectly, all documents provided to the state and district team for good judgement are the time of KAYAKALPA assessment and team assessment of all staffs in verbally how they give services to the patients in the PHC. We also qualified in this programme this year
