Image OVHA has organized 07 batches of two days field level MAS training with the support of National Health Mission (NHM) . In that training program where 250 office bearers of MAS like President, Secretary , Treasurer attended the training programme. In that Training session the Resource person training about : wFunctioning of Anganwadi with better implementation of activities and schemes under relevant wprogramme. Expediting measures and supporting interventions for no malnourished children in the area, especially promoting proper nutrition, health, and hygiene of pregnant and lactating women..services (both special and routine) by ANM. Very significant improvement in institutional wdeliveries with no home deliveries. Availability of referral transport, ensuring referrals of all required cases of health and wwellness. Adequate use of mosquito nets by all the community members adopting measures to control mosquitos and other vectors to do away with malaria, dengue, and vectorwborne diseases. Prompt diagnosis, treatment, and referral of all fever cases, with no malaria, dengue, and wvector-borne diseases. Initiating measures in controlling the cases wof diarrhea with adequate awareness. Functional schools with mid-day-meal scheme and implementing activities under RBSK and RKSK. Monitor the situation of water, sanitation, food, housing and education services in your area. wArrange a monthly and quarterly meeting with all relevant stakeholders to discuss the community issues and devise a convergence plan. Coordinate with ANM and Anganwadi worker and supervisor to arrange a meeting wwith the stakeholders. Seek support for the use of community structures like municipal community centers for education sessions and promotion of behaviors related to health wand health determinants. Utilize the provisions under various government development schemes to advocate with the local authorities for construction of community based health centres, community toilets, water drains, sewerage, drainage and disposal system in the area.
